YUKEN PV2R Series Vane Pumps: Precision and Quiet Performance for Advanced Manufacturing Systems

PV2R series of vane pumps with high pressure and lower noise are high- performance products, which are developed and domestically produced  by our company, featured by advanced performance, reasonable structure, good reliability, lower noise, ultra-low pulse and stable quality and so on. Precisely made, the product can be used in the equipment with high precision and low noise, and is widely used in cutting, plastic, leather, forging and engineering machinery fields, and the like.

    Application in High-Precision Machine Tools

    High-precision machine tools like CNC machining centers, precision grinders, and gear shaping machines need hydraulic systems that are very rigid, have very little vibration, and can control movement at the micron level. The PV2R series pump is widely used for the following purposes:
    1.Spindle Clamping and Tool Changing Systems
    The PV2R pump provides steady hydraulic pressure to the chuck actuators and automatic tool changers, making sure the clamping force is always the same and the response is quick. This helps prevent small slips of tools or workpieces that can happen when pressure changes, which keeps the machining precise.
    2.Hydraulic Balancing for Guideways and Ball Screws
    In heavy-duty cutting machines, the PV2R pump provides constant pressure to hydraulic counterbalance cylinders, enhancing the performance of components such as saddles and tables. This reduces the load on motors and enables high-speed, precision positioning.
    3.Hydrostatic Bearing Lubrication
    In ultra-precision grinding or milling machines, hydrostatic spindle systems need a steady and constant oil film pressure. The low-pressure pulsation from the PV2R pump helps reduce oil film oscillation, which stops surface finish issues like chatter marks.
    Made with very accurate parts and a special blade shape, the PV2R pump reduces pressure changes and shaking. This helps it run quietly and smoothly, which is important for machines that need a lot of precision, like CNC grinders, measuring tools, and very fine injection molding machines. It also runs quietly, making it a good choice for places like cleanrooms, labs, and automated factories where noise levels are closely managed.

    Note:1.When pressure of pumps exceeds 16MPa,with displacement of"4""6'""8",speeds should be more than 1450r/min.
            2.Reduce the negative pressure of the inlet when the single pumps or double pumps with large displacement at high speed.
            3.In use of synthetic hydraulic fluids and water containing hydraulic fluids,limit the max speed at 1200r/min.
            4.Speed at 1000r/min is suggested on occasions with lower noise strictly required.
            5.Noisiness is available in working conditions of 14MPa and 1200r/min.
            6.Input power is available in working conditions of 16MPa and 1500r/min.
