    Application in High-Precision Machine Tools

    High-precision machine tools like CNC machining centers, precision grinders, and gear shaping machines need hydraulic systems that are very rigid, have very little vibration, and can control movement at the micron level. The PV2R series pump is widely used for the following purposes:

     

    1. Spindle Clamping and Tool Changing Systems

    The PV2R pump provides steady hydraulic pressure to the chuck actuators and automatic tool changers, making sure the clamping force is always the same and the response is quick. This helps prevent small slips of tools or workpieces that can happen when pressure changes, which keeps the machining precise.

     

    2. Hydraulic Balancing for Guideways and Ball Screws

    In heavy-duty cutting machines, the PV2R pump provides constant pressure to hydraulic counterbalance cylinders, enhancing the performance of components such as saddles and tables. This reduces the load on motors and enables high-speed, precision positioning.

     

    3. Hydrostatic Bearing Lubrication

    In ultra-precision grinding or milling machines, hydrostatic spindle systems need a steady and constant oil film pressure. The low-pressure pulsation from the PV2R pump helps reduce oil film oscillation, which stops surface finish issues like chatter marks.

     

    Made with very accurate parts and a special blade shape, the PV2R pump reduces pressure changes and shaking. This helps it run quietly and smoothly, which is important for machines that need a lot of precision, like CNC grinders, measuring tools, and very fine injection molding machines.
