Advanced Pump & Motor Portfolio
1.VG Series Internal Gear Pumps (VG0/VG1/VG2)
These pumps use axial and radial pressure compensation to keep volumetric efficiency above 92% even when the oil has a viscosity of 15.
They can handle up to 40MPa of pressure and operate at speeds up to 4000 rpm.
2.Vane Pumps (T6/T7/V/VQ/V10/V20/SQP/PV2R)
These include both vane pumps and vane motors like M3B, M4C, M4D, M4E, 25M, 35M, 45M, and 50M.
3.Electro-Hydraulic Servo Systems
These systems use less energy compared to fixed-displacement pumps, cutting energy use by about 60%. They can control pressure very precisely, with a repeatability of ±0.5% and a response time of 100ms. They also have built-in cooling to lower oil temperatures by 5 to 10 degrees Celsius. These systems work well with Delta, KEBA, and Sumitomo drives.
