Eaton Vickers Vane Double Pump V2010 V2020 Hydraulic Oil Pump Bomba

In mobile cranes, how well the hydraulics work affects how much weight the crane can lift, how accurately it can control the movement, and how safe it is to operate. The V2020 double pump is specially designed to handle these tough challenges. It usually powers two separate parts of the system:

    Application in Mobile Cranes

    The main lifting and handling system: The bigger part of the pump is used for the crane’s main tasks, like controlling the main hoist, extending and pulling in the boom. This part needs a steady and controlled flow of hydraulic fluid to move loads smoothly and precisely, and it also needs to handle high pressure to lift heavy weights. The pump keeps giving a steady flow, so the crane moves without stopping or jerking, even when it's lifting the heaviest loads. This is very important for keeping the crane safe and stable.
    The second, typically smaller, pump section manages essential auxiliary systems at the same time and on its own. It powers the outriggers to create a stable base, controls the superstructure for smooth 360-degree rotation, and sometimes handles the steering of the carrier vehicle. This separate system is crucial. It enables the operator to safely perform tasks by extending the outriggers while simultaneously reducing setup time and improving overall job site efficiency.
